Dr. Khaled graduated from Cairo University in Egypt in the year 1985, shortly after he graduated he joined a private clinic in Muscat –Oman. In 1989 Dr. Khaled opened his own clinic in Muscat. Since then he has attended several Post Graduate courses in both Bristol University in the UK, and also in Ontario Veterinary College. The Private Veterinary Hospital in Muscat has now been established for 19 years and is the leading practice there. Dr. Khaled is committed to offering his clients a first class service.

After graduation from the State University of Utrecht I have spent all my of my career working in small animal practices in Holland.

Looking for a more international environment, my dog and I arrived in Qatar in September 2007.I’d like to do anything in my power to keep your animals healthy and that’s why I try wherever possible to keep up with the newest treating methods, so our team and I can give you the best advice.

This is Dr Dominic Asenso one of our vets...he actually prefers to be called Dr Dom or simply Dom...
Dr Dom comes to us from Australia where he worked for 11 years after graduating from the University of Queensland. Prior to his Aussie experience, he had ten fantastic years in Poland and a 15-month stint in the UK . He has varied interests in veterinary medicine, his pet disciplines being small animal surgery, clinical nutrition and dentistry.. Dom also is an avid student and practitioner of homeopathy, acupuncture and herbal medicine for pets...On a personal note, Dr Dom has a great love for children being himself a father of two girls, therefore, feel free to bring your kids along for the veterinary experience when he's consulting with you.

I came to Qatar 2 years ago from England with my husband, we live in the wilds of Dukhan with our dogs and cat. I come from a background of clinical nursing (humans) and am working towards an MSc. I first had contact with the Veterinary Surgery when they imported my dog, Jaspa in 2006 and was so impressed with the place that I jumped at the chance when a vacancy came up!

Mohamed

Mohamed is the 24/7, on site Vet Assistant that is always a familiar face to our clients and their pets. He assists the veterinarians with everything from nail clipping to regulating anesthesia throughout intense surgical situations. He will always greet you with a smile and take care of your pet as if it were his own.

Hani has got a degree in accounting, he is preparing for his CMA and he takes care of all accounting and administration.

Hani also leads the team of supporting staff & he takes care of all our government related work i.e. renewal of our license, staff visas, permits etc.

Mahmoud is our PRO. He will collect your pet upon arrival to Doha Airport and transport him or her either to your home or to our boarding facility at the clinic. As Mahmoud is an Arabic speaker he is extremely useful at the Ministry of Animal Welfare here in Doha, who we have to visit, to apply for all pet import and export certificates.

Vilma is part of the team, she is doing the grooming job plus she is responsible of the kennels and she is an animal lover, Vilma knows how to treat the pets, she feed them, take dogs for a walk.
